With the years, he has been deliberate to collaborate technology with our principles and evolved a meticulous team and a dynamic working methodology. Since the inception he is continuously transmitting his energy and coaching the team to acquire more knowledge. He spearheads the CXO level search himself and unbelievably, still offers guidance on all critical mandates to the team while advising clients on Talent acquisition strategy.
