Our principal consultant, Vikram Bajaj, started the journey of Search Bureau single handedly in 1998 with a simple vision of being true to the profession of executive search and to be called as “consultant”. Since then, passion, adding value, bringing impact, dedication, art of understanding people and always questioning the candidates became the culture at Search Bureau. Vikram is the architect of Search Bureau, modestly fine tuning the art of head hunting in an era of no internet, no networking sites, no naukri.com etc, made individual networking, the doctrine of our methodology and tradition. With the years, he has been deliberate to collaborate technology with our principles and evolved a meticulous team and a dynamic working methodology. Since the  inception he is continuously transmitting his energy and coaching the team to acquire more knowledge. As he always says, “this is a tough profession and that’s why we exist and if you have to be progressive then you have to learn 10 times faster than any other professional”He spearheads the CXO level search himself and unbelievably, still offers guidance on all critical  mandates to the team  while advising clients on Talent acquisition strategy. Vikram is known for perfection amongst his friends and team, he loves to travel,  inquisitive about people and always keen to learn how different businesses are done.
